Privatization and Capital Projects Council

Privatization and Capital Projects Council has been formed pursuant to the Law on Privatization Economy ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" no. 23/96, 6/99, 59/00,42/04) in order to manage, control and supply the privatization process implementation as well as to propose and coordinate all activities necessary for the capital projects application in Montenegro.

The council has been formed for the purpose of protecting the interests of Montenegro during the privatization procedure and stands behind its work while responding to the Government of Montenegro.

Working domain, make up and other issues which are of the importance of the Privatization and Capital Projects Council work are regulated by a specific Decision on working domain and makeup of the Privatization and Capital Projects Council.
